These are selections from __stills_, an ongoing series of digital mixed media vignettes I began in 2021.

The series represents the observation and recognition of the richness of life's mundanity, and failed attempts to grab hold of the ephemeral wonder of the everyday.

The visuals are all recorded by me, often in a spontaneous attempt to capture some beautiful and fleeting moment. Similarly, the musical accompaniment is primarily improvised, using a combination of digital and acoustic instruments and effects, as well as field recordings. For this reason, there are no notated scores.
